The travelling exhibition un-bearable – clothing consumption and disposable fashion focuses on the enormous and uncontrolled consumption of clothing in our society and provides information on the associated socio-economic and ecological consequences. Looking closely at three areas – resources, consumption and change – the exhibition aims to raise awareness of the issue and encourage a reflective examination of our own consumer behaviour, using an item of clothing that we all use every day: the t-shirt. Kleidungsstücks, das wir alle tagtäglich nutzen – dem T-Shirt. 

The travelling exhibition was shown at the Use What You Have Festival in Vorarlberg, the BIORAMA fair fair in Vienna and the WearFair +mehr in Linz.
